Amazing was my first thought. Not only did she sing that beautiful song in the way it should be done, but she showed that you are never too old to go for your dreams.

Too often people seem to disregard those who, perhaps, don’t look like much or seem insignificant in some way. I felt like cheering when I heard that lovely voice coming from the one most of that crowd seemed prepared to dismiss and discount.

There is a very good reason why we should never judge by appearances. Susan Boyle effectively made that point, don’t you think?
